  • Preschool Teachers care for infant through preschool children. Maryland's 90-Hour Early Childhood Course or college level early childhood education courses are required.
  • School Age Teachers care for kindergarten through 12-year-old children. Maryland's 45 Hour School Age Course or college level elementary education courses are required.
  • Teacher Assistants work with Preschool or School Age Teachers, and need no previous training to qualify.
