The Heart in Child Care

School Age

"My husband and I feel lucky to have found quality care for our children. I'm constantly impressed with the teachers who show genuine care and affection for the kids. My children have been exposed to multiple languages, go on interesting field trips, learn social skills, gain self-confidence and become independent individuals. They do all the things (and much more) that I would do if I could stay home with my kids." --MCCA Parent

School age children are on a journey to find their place in this world. We support this journey through programs that champion each child as a unique individual and provide opportunities for them to "try out their wings" in a safe and encouraging environment.

After a long day in the classroom, school age children want a change. So our trained and caring staff provide opportunities for:

  • quiet time alone, as well as time to re-connect with friends
  • active physical play, indoors and out
  • tasty and nutritious snacks
  • help with homework
  • clubs and activities that support your child's interests and introduce them to new ones
  • exciting field trips
  • and plenty of choices

Schoolagers want activity and excitement - and we provide it - and we also pay attention to their social and emotional needs. We actively teach conflict resolution skills, good sportsmanship and responsibility, to empower your child now to make good choices.
